About

After years of the daily grind and telling ourselves we’re going to see the world before we really settle down, on April 13, 2009 we decided to make it all happen.  This is the travel blog of Sam and Lisa, chronicling our travels around the world as we spend a year or two as professional travelers.  I guess we decided that Ferris Bueller was onto something when he uttered the phrase that everyone of our generation is so familiar with: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

We’ve had a lot of people ask us if we’re open to meeting up as we traverse the globe.  Yes, we’re definitely open to meeting friends and family anywhere you desire, traveling’s always more fun with friends so if you can break away for a few weeks please let us know and we’ll organize to hitch up along the way.  And if not, enjoy our blog and we’ll see you somewhere, sometime.

If you’re looking at this site you probably already have our contact information, but if not then you can contact the Webmaster by email and one of us will get it (eventually…).  Or if you want to talk to us as we make our way around the globe we’re also on Skype when we can get an internet connection, use Sam’s full name to search for us.
